Driving design and research strategy for the future of sales and service experiences with a focus on AI-human collaboration and agentic experiences that transform how sales and service teams work. Shaping seamless end-to-end journeys while maintaining laser focus on individual user needs.

Google Led a 30+ person design organization across Google's advertising measurement product suite. Shaped the transformation and redesign of Google Analytics (GA4)—a global-scale transition impacting over 13.5 million live websites and becoming the industry standard for privacy-safe measurement. Defined the design vision for next-generation tools, steering the platform through a paradigm shift toward an AI-first, privacy-centric data future.

Rodan + Fields Built the UX discipline from the ground up, unifying digital e-commerce with brand identity to create a holistic, premium customer experience. Scaled the team and strategy that supported a massive digital transformation, contributing to the brand's growth to $1.3B+ in annual revenue and its rise to the #1 skincare brand in North America.

Salesforce Built and scaled the analytics user experience team from 3 to 10 to deliver designs for Wave Analytics Platform, which launched at Dreamforce 2014 as the company's key announcement. Led UX for next-generation reporting and mobile experiences, with the mobile app earning the 2015 Red Dot Award.
