I am a user experience and design leader, aiming to make the world a better place by designing and developing innovative solutions.

I am a strong believer in driving strategy and realizing it with close collaboration with stakeholders and partners from across the organization. As a leader, I am known for building and leveling up happy and high performing cross-disciplinary teams through vision, inspiration, and motivation.
I am currently leading the user experience org which designs sales, customer support, and customer success product experiences on Hubspot platform. Previously, I have led the analytics and measurement design for Google’s Ads ecosystem. My portfolio included a mix of products including Google Analytics and shared measurement components. Prior to that, I was the head of User Experience at Rodan + Fields, leading design for skincare consumer and consultant technologies, and head of User Experience for Wave Analytics Cloud at Salesforce.
